For standard FTL shipments we can typically have a truck picked up within 24–48 hours of booking. Expedited options with same-day dispatch are available for critical loads.
Do you handle hazardous materials?
Yes. PSM is fully trained and certified for HAZMAT transportation in compliance with DOT 49 CFR regulations. Please contact us to discuss specific commodity requirements.
What areas do you serve?

How do I track my shipment?
All PSM clients receive access to our online client portal for real-time shipment tracking. EDI and API integrations are also available for TMS/ERP connectivity.
What insurance coverage do you carry?
PSM carries $1M in cargo insurance per shipment and $1M general liability. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request. Higher coverage limits can be arranged for high-value loads.
